Jillian is having fun despite feeling a little seedy....

Wendy is impervious to sea sickness!

Coralie and her Dad caught an unexpected wave!

Trevor and Sue did their Introductory Certificate course 10 years ago and thought it was time for the Competent Crew Course which FunSail delivered over a 5 day voyage to The Great Sandy Straits in May, 2005 -

We left Mooloolaba at about midnight to arrive at Wide Bay Bar in the last Hour of the Flood Tide. Here we are just about to cross the bar!

The crossing takes you on a zig zag course from wpt2 to WPT 3 Inskip Point. Here you can see the surf nearby

Safely inside the Great Sandy Straits!

A magnificent sunset viewed from our anchorage in the Great Sandy Straits!

Wine O'Clock!

Sailing The Great Sandy Straits

Ildi and Tibor from Sweden did a Competent Crew refresher course over a 4 day trip to Moreton Bay in late April, 2005

Enjoying some nibbles after an envigorating day of sailing!

Ildi pointed out the rare but daily occurrence on this trip of double rainbows!

Anyone for a King Prawn?
